What we collect
Workouts, tracker entries such as weight, heart rate, blood pressure, sleep, steps, and mindful minutes, the Apple Health data you choose to connect, and health information you include in messages, notes, or journal entries.

You, and Apple Health when you connect it.
How we use it
To show and track it for you, answer your questions about it, and send reminders you set up.
Sharing
We don’t share consumer health data with third parties. Our service providers, including AI providers and hosting, process it for us to provide beckett.
Your rights
You can confirm whether we collect your consumer health data, see it and the list of third parties and affiliates it goes to, withdraw your consent, and have it deleted. Use beckett’s settings, or email [email protected]. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. If we deny your appeal, you can contact the Washington Attorney General.
